Suppliers verified on site
Before any supplier relationship begins, we verify the company's legal existence, production capacity, quality management system and certifications on site. Each assessment concludes with a clear recommendation: proceed, proceed with conditions, or do not proceed.
During production, we schedule pre-production, during-production and pre-shipment inspections with independent inspection bodies. Inspections follow ISO 2859-1 (AQL) sampling, and any laboratory testing required by the destination market is carried out in accredited laboratories.
What we do
Supplier verification and factory audits
On-site visits confirm that the factory exists as described, that its capacity matches the order and that its certificates are genuine and current.
Pre-production (PPI), during-production (DUPRO) and pre-shipment (PSI) inspections
Raw materials, work in progress and finished goods are checked at the stages where defects are quickest and least costly to correct.
Container loading supervision
Quantities, packing and container condition are verified at loading, and the container is sealed under supervision.
Product testing in accredited laboratories
Samples are sent to laboratories accredited for the relevant standards, and results are reviewed before the shipment is released.
Coordination of social compliance audits
Where buyers require it, audits under recognised schemes such as amfori BSCI or SMETA are arranged with approved audit firms.
