One contract, one counterparty
For selected product groups, and on a transaction-by-transaction basis, we act as the contracting party: we purchase the goods from the manufacturer and contract directly with the buyer. Rather than contracting separately with manufacturers, carriers and service providers, the buyer works with a single commercial counterparty for the entire transaction.
Contract terms, delivery terms (Incoterms® 2020) and payment structure are set according to the risk profile of each transaction. For letters of credit and documentary collections, we manage document compliance and oversee the order from production to delivery. The regulatory obligations of acting as importer or exporter are assessed for each product group before any transaction begins.

What we do
Import and export as the contracting party
We purchase from the manufacturer and sell to the buyer under our own contracts, taking responsibility for the transaction from order to delivery.
Merchanting and third-country trade
Goods can move directly from the country of production to the buyer's market, without passing through Türkiye, under a single commercial contract.
Structuring of sales contracts and delivery terms
Title transfer, insurance cover, warranties and dispute terms are written into the contract, so each party's obligations are clear before shipment.
Document compliance for letters of credit and documentary collections
Invoices, transport documents and certificates are checked against the credit terms before presentation, reducing the risk of discrepancies and payment delays.
Delivery via bonded warehouses and free zones
Goods can be held under customs control, consolidated or re-exported, giving flexibility on timing and the payment of duties.
